In Nevada, the elements of a wrongful death claim are:

  1. The death of a human being;
  2. Caused by another’s wrongful act or negligence;
  3. Plaintiff is an heir or personal representative of decedent; and
  4. Plaintiff suffered damages for monetary injury as a result of the death.
